About the Role
As a Junior Sales Associate at Acolyte Living, you will be working directly with students navigating one of the most significant decisions of their time abroad, choosing where to live. This is a role for someone early in their sales career who is eager to develop their skills in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will receive dedicated training and on-the-job support before moving into an independent caseload, with clear targets and a defined path for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound student leads across email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Understand each student's university, location, budget, timeline, and preferences to recommend the right accommodation options
- Manage follow-ups consistently and move leads through the pipeline toward confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with senior team members and property partners to check availability and confirm bookings
- Keep CRM records updated accurately at every stage of the student journey
- Participate actively in team training sessions, process reviews, and all-hands weeks
- Work toward individual conversion targets and contribute to overall team performance
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer advisory, or a student-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and apply structured sales processes
- Consistent follow-up habits and a detail-oriented approach to lead management
- Comfortable working with targets in a performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to overseas education, student services, or EdTech is an advantage
Work Structure
This role follows a hybrid model with the following schedule:
During peak season, the role requires three days per week in office at Sector 20, Gurgaon.
During off-peak periods, this reduces to two days per week in office.
All new joiners are required to complete a one-month onboarding and on-the-job training period fully from the Sector 20, Gurgaon office. This applies regardless of the standard hybrid schedule.
In-office presence is mandatory during all-hands-on-deck weeks, which will be communicated in advance by the team.
