Junior Office Associate – Responsibilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in Tally (accounting software)
- Good proficiency in English communication (spoken and written)
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
- Helping manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
Qualifications- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or Diploma/Engineering preferred)
- Freshers or 0–2 years experience
