Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Junior Associate. The Junior Associate will assist in legal research, drafting contracts, and preparing case documents. Responsibilities will also include providing support during client consultations, maintaining case files, and collaborating with senior team members to develop legal strategies. The Junior Associate will liaise across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal research, contract drafting, and case preparation
- Attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in legal documentation and editing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and emerging legal technologies
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is required; a master’s degree in law is a plus
- Prior internship or experience in a legal firm is advantageous
