Global Wealth Management (GWM) is expanding its ESG, Climate & Gender special vertical. We are seeking a Junior Associate to join our New Delhi Headquarters, bringing a specialized LGBTQ+ and Diversity lens to our fiduciary mandates.
At GWM, inclusion is not a gesture; it is a functional requirement for the high-precision, cross-border governance. We are looking for LGBTQ+ talent with the professional rigor to translate diverse perspectives into sophisticated institutional delivery.
The Mandate
Operating within a flat, senior-led structure, you will integrate the lenses of LGBTQ+ advocacy and Climate Action into the broader technical frameworks of:
* Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
* World Economic Affairs
* Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
* ESG Disclosure Standards
Professional Requirements
* Intellectual Agility: Ability to link "Social" (S) metrics within ESG to global trade mechanics and institutional risk.
* Policy Intellect: Background in Economics, International Law, or Public Policy.
* Global Rigor: Familiarity with how gender and identity dynamics impact cross-border investment and European industrial standards.
This is a position for those who view "Inclusion" as a technical discipline.
