Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate – Administration, located in Hyderabad. The Junior Associate will be responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with logistics to ensure the organization’s smooth daily functioning. Additionally, the role includes facilitating communication among departments and providing support for organizational events and initiatives. The candidate will also be expected to promptly address operational needs and contribute to overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration, Record Management, and handling correspondence
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Basic Data Analysis and Reporting capabilities
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of documentation standards and familiarity with office equipment
- Relevant experience or exposure to non-profit or social sector domains is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
