About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Designer to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate brand requirements into compelling creative assets across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in developing creative concepts and campaign designs.
- Create artwork for print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital media
- Adapt existing campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes as per media requirements
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives
- Coordinate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and production vendors to execute creative projects
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback within specified timelines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in FMCG or consumer brand advertising will be an added advantage.
