We're Hiring: Junior Architect / Project Coordination Associate
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Remote to start)
ar. studio is helping build the founding team for True One — a
Singapore-based venture group scaling businesses across energy,
technology, finance, and consumer ecosystems (including Sing Fuels,
129Knots, and VIDA Technologies).
The role is for True One's new venture in the wellness, hospitality, and
conscious-living space — a globally differentiated project rooted in
design, sustainability, and human wellbeing.
We're looking for a driven Junior Architect / Project Coordination
Associate to support early-stage planning, coordination, research, and
execution, working closely with leadership, architects, consultants,
vendors, and design partners.
What you'll do
- Support architecture and master-planning coordination
- Assist with concept research, benchmarking, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and agencies
- Support BOQ reviews, costing, and vendor comparisons
- Research materials and explore sustainable design
- Manage timelines, trackers, and execution follow-ups
- Build moodboards, layouts, presentations, and project reports
What we're looking for
- Background in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design
- 1–4 years of experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (SketchUp / Revit )
- Basic understanding of BOQs and costing
- Strong communication, organization, and design sensitivity
- Genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and conscious living
- An ownership mindset and curiosity to learn fast
