Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for Junior Architect, Junior Interior Designer, Draftsman, or Intern team members. The role involves supporting senior designers and project leads with concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and 3D visualizations. Daily tasks include drafting architectural and interior layouts, assisting in material selection, coordinating with vendors and consultants, and helping prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings. Team members will assist in site visits for measurements, basic supervision, and progress updates, while maintaining project files and ensuring design details are accurately reflected in construction documents. The role offers practical learning, mentorship, and hands-on involvement across architecture, interiors, and landscape projects.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to prepare drawings and design details.
- Basic understanding of Project Management concepts, including documentation, coordination, and time management on design-build projects.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration principles as they relate to using and connecting design tools or platforms (helpful but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization skills.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; internships or studio experience will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow design guidelines and project standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Interest in sustainable design, contemporary aesthetics, and the practical aspects of construction and site work.
