Costura Design Collective is a Delhi-based design studio focused on creating thoughtful, well-considered spaces with a strong sensitivity to light, material, atmosphere, and detail.
We are looking for passionate and design-driven individuals to join our growing team across the following roles:
- Design Interns
- Architects
- Interior Designers
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor of Design (B.Des) / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking thoughtful, creative, and self-motivated individuals with strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for design.
The role involves:
- Preparing drawings and presentations
- Developing 3D models and detailed BOQs
- Site coordination and execution support
- Working with contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Contributing independently while collaborating closely with the team
- Strong communication skills, ownership, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.
Portfolio Expectations
We value portfolios that are:
- Technically strong and visually refined
- Well-composed with clean layouts and thoughtful typography
- Built around a clear design narrative and process
Please avoid submitting only renders or only technical drawings. We prefer complete portfolios that reflect your design approach and thinking.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹32,000 per month
- Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
