Company Description NEEEV Design Studio is an interior design practice based in New Delhi, dedicated to creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. The studio works across residential, commercial, and workspace interiors, managing projects from concept development through on-site execution. Its design approach is grounded in how spaces are lived in, used, and maintained, rather than focusing only on aesthetics. Services include interior design and space planning, turnkey interior solutions, design consultation, and site supervision and execution. The team collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clarity, transparency, and smooth project delivery at every stage.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi, for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer. The role involves supporting design development from initial concept to final detailing, including layout planning, material and finishes selection, and preparation of drawings and presentations. The team member will assist in creating 2D and 3D design documentation, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and conducting site visits for supervision and quality checks. Daily tasks include updating project drawings, attending client meetings with senior designers, capturing design feedback, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during execution. The role also includes maintaining project files, timelines, and basic documentation to support efficient project management and delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, detailing, and understanding of construction materials.
- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge of Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, such as using and integrating CAD/BIM software and visualization platforms into workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management abilities, including task tracking, coordination with vendors and contractors, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should ideally be proficient in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and comfortable preparing 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred, along with an understanding of basic building codes and interior fit-out processes.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams are essential.
