Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Architect/Interior Designer based in Kharar. The role involves supporting architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, including project documentation, space planning, drafting detailed drawings, and coordinating with consultants and vendors. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, ensuring project timelines are met, and integrating design elements with practical construction considerations to create cohesive environments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a solid understanding of space planning and conceptual design development.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration, including strong proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles, including planning, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
- Detail-oriented with excellent visualization, drawing, and rendering skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team and under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in architectural/interior design work will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
