Job Title: Junior Architect (Fresher / Experienced)

Role BriefThe Junior Architect will support Hyperloop Consultancy Group’s multidisciplinary team in architectural design, redevelopment planning, statutory approvals, and project coordination for CHS redevelopment, SRA, high-rise residential, and mixed-use projects. The role provides exposure across design, approvals, PMC, and execution stages.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign & Documentation- Assist in concept planning, schematic layouts, and working drawings
- Prepare GFC drawings, area statements, and presentation drawings
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR 2020 / DCPR 2034 / local authority norms
- Support tender and construction documentation
Statutory Approvals & Liaison Support- Assist in submissions for IOD, CC, NOCs, OC
- Coordinate with NMMC / MCGM / CIDCO and other authorities
- Support FSI calculations, building height checks, AAI constraints
Redevelopment & PMC Support- Work on CHS redevelopment, SRA, and incentive-based FSI projects
- Assist in developer proposal evaluation & comparative statements
- Support 79A process documentation and PMC activities
Site & Consultant Coordination- Attend site visits and monitor execution as per drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, legal & liaison consultants
- Prepare MoMs and track action points
Reporting & Documentation- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control
- Assist in client presentations and progress reports
Software & Technical Skills- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp / Revit / BIM – Preferred
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of FSI & redevelopment norms
Eligibility CriteriaFreshers- B.Arch / M.Arch in Architecture
- Internship experience preferred
- Willingness to learn approvals, redevelopment norms & site coordination
Experienced Candidates- 1–3 years of experience in architectural consultancy / PMC
- Exposure to redevelopment / SRA / high-rise projects preferred
- Familiarity with authority submissions
Salary Structure- Freshers: Starting from ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: As per company standards, based on experience and skill set
