Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in designing residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and concept layouts for client meetings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and document site conditions.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material selections, and project specifications.
- Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Research new materials, design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative construction techniques.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality projects within specified timelines.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, planning, and construction details.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for architecture, interior design, and creating innovative spaces.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or other industry-standard design software will be an added advantage.
