Yosh Group is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, creating realistic 3D visualizations, and coordinating with clients and the internal design team. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent visualization skills, and a deep passion for modern architectural trends and design techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop architectural scheme drawings and concepts based on inputs from the design team and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and realistic visualizations for client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients through email, WhatsApp, calls, and meetings regarding design updates and project progress.
- Revise and modify drawings based on client feedback and management inputs.
- Collaborate with the creative and execution teams to brainstorm innovative and functional design solutions.
- Develop concept models and presentation materials for project proposals.
- Follow up with clients regarding site progress and project updates.
- Conduct site visits whenever required to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization.
- Experience in handling both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural software including: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, Cinema 4D, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong artistic sense and eye for design detail.
- Ability to create creative, practical, and modern architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- A solid portfolio showcasing architectural and visualization projects is mandatory.
