Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for projects, collaborating with senior architects and design teams. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, participating in project discussions, and ensuring designs align with project specifications and timelines. The role also involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and consultants to facilitate seamless project execution, while adhering to industry codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture principles, including fundamental knowledge of spatial planning and construction methods.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration tools related to architectural modeling and design software (e.g., AutoCAD & SketchUp).
- Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to collaborate with teams, manage time, and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to design challenges.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.
