Job Position : Junior Architect
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for residential buildings and interior fit-outs from concept to GFC/working drawing stage.
- Produce accurate, clean, and well-layered 2D AutoCAD drawings for site execution, including staircase, toilet, kitchen, door-window schedules, and basic joinery details.
- Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings and documentation in line with Haryana Building Bye Laws, NBC norms, and applicable local regulations.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, incorporate their markups into architectural drawings, and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and services layouts.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to clarify drawings, issue revisions, and support in setting up drawing control and site documentation processes to minimize rework.
- Support material selection and detailing for finishes, fixtures, and built-in furniture, ensuring practicality, durability, and alignment with project budgets.
- Contribute to basic 3D views/presentation drawings and design intent communication for internal reviews and client discussions, as required.
Essential requirements
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience as an Architect in building projects (residential/commercial) with at least one project taken from concept to GFC/working drawings stage

Bonus qualifications
- Experience working with real estate developers or architect firms on group housing or mixed-use projects in NCR region
- Exposure to 3D visualization and presentation drawings for client discussions
