Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in Malappuram. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparing drawings, models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include assisting with conceptual and detailed design, coordinating with project stakeholders, and contributing to documentation and technical specifications. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and software teams on integration-related aspects, helping ensure that designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. The Junior Architect is expected to participate in site visits, contribute to project reviews, and maintain organized records of project progress.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Ability to contribute to Project Management activities, including coordination, documentation, and tracking project milestones.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to learn from senior professionals and accept feedback.
