Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects while gaining hands-on experience under senior a-rchitects. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, concepts, and presentations.
- Prepare working drawings, models, and documentation using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rhino.
- Support project teams in planning, design development, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience. (internships excluded)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of building codes and construction processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (e.g. SketchUp, V-Ray, Rhino)
-Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
-Internship or prior experience in an architectural firm.
