Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in the Pune Division. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of residential, commercial, and interior projects, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with concept development, design detailing, and documentation, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors, and participating in site visits and measurements. The role also involves preparing project schedules and basic reports, ensuring design intent is maintained through different phases, and contributing to design reviews and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, workflows, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Lumion) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to team members and clients.
- Understanding of local building regulations and construction practices in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad is a must.
