Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in designing, drafting, and developing architectural plans and layouts for a variety of projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with the design team, producing 2D and 3D renderings, preparing presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and client requirements. The role involves creative problem-solving and participation in design discussions to contribute to architectural innovations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong understanding of design principles and 3D visualization
- Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience or internships in architecture or design studios is a plus
