Job description:
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and creative Architect who can independently handle architectural projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working drawings, possess strong design understanding, and be confident in managing complete project responsibilities in the long run.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed working drawings in AutoCAD including:
- Sections
- Elevations
- Electrical layouts
- Plumbing layouts
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings
- Maintain project timelines and ensure quality deliverables
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD
- Sound understanding of architectural planning & detailing
- Ability to interpret structural and service drawings
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma
- Relevant professional experience in architectural design & drawings
