Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Gurgaon. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design and project planning, developing and integrating architectural solutions, and collaborating closely with project management teams. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and engineering teams, and ensuring design adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to develop innovative architectural design concepts.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and sustainable design integration.
- Produce clear and accurate documentation that adheres to building codes and regulations.
- Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and team members.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in architectural tools and design software
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for design innovation
- Knowledge of sustainable design principle is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management silks
