Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, assisting in project planning and management, and integrating various design and functional elements into cohesive architectural solutions. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to deliver tailored designs while ensuring structural compatibility and compliance with regulations. Take Home Salary Details: 2.5LPA - 3.5LPA
Qualifications
Should be able to Join Immediately in Chennai after portfolio review if selected in Interview.
- Site visits
- Sourcing and Materials selection for customer's home
- Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design, and creating detailed design plans
- Familiarity with Software Development tools and their integration in design workflows
- Understanding of Project Management principles, timelines, and coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related tools
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience or internship in architectural projects is a plus
