Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, preparing project presentations, collaborating with clients and team members, and managing project documentation. Daily tasks include creating detailed technical drawings, coordinating with contractors, contributing to site inspections, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of project execution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate timelines, budgets, and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration for design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Mohali district and travel to project sites when required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills alongside a passion for innovative and practical design solutions
