Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Junior Architect role based in the Mohali district. The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural and interior design projects by assisting in concept development, architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and project documentation. The role includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors, contributing to project management tasks, and ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines. A strong focus on detail, materials, and practical design is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept creation and space planning.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and communication effectively.
- Proficiency in software tools required for Architectural Design and 3D visualization.
- Familiarity with integrating design elements into functional and durable solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client, vendor, and contractor coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- Work experience in a design or architectural firm and knowledge of local regulations are a plus.
