Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Associate Architect will assist in designing, planning, and managing architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, GFCs, technical working drawings, design detailing, overseeing project management efforts, ensuring smooth integration of services, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects within the specified timeline and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Working experience in an architecture firm preferred
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Strong skills in Project Management, including coordination and execution
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, AI tools etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in residential villas or farm house delivery is a plus
