- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop drawings, layouts, and design solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic project coordination, time management, and documentation tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to architectural tools, such as familiarity with design or BIM software and integration with project workflows.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture , with 1-3 year experience in architectural or construction environments.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in CAD/BIM tools, strong visual and spatial awareness, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
