Role Description
1. Strong Design skills using AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D rendering software, Adobe Photoshop.
2. Sound knowledge of high rise building, construction details and relevant dcpr and design rules and regulations.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects.
4. Must have an understanding of how to do area calculation like Rera, Mofa, BUA etc.
5. Review and Coordination with various consultants and vendors on board.
6. Make on-site visits.
7. Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
8. You should have strong visualization and
9. conceptualization abilities.
10. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
