Junior Architect
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects and project teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop technical and design skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Support project documentation, approvals, and permit submissions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Revise drawings and documents based on client and project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions as required.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of architectural experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, or other architectural design software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of building construction methods and materials.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and codes is preferred.
