Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Architect will support senior designers in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and refining design details across all project stages. Day-to-day work includes creating plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views; coordinating design changes; and assisting in the preparation of presentations and documentation. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, contributing to material selection, and supporting site visits to track design implementation. The Junior Architect will also help maintain project files, update design iterations, and contribute ideas to improve design quality and project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Understanding of project workflows and basic Project Management principles within an architectural practice.
- Familiarity with software tools commonly used in architecture and design; exposure to Integration of digital tools into design and documentation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainable design principles is beneficial.
