Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect, based in Gurugram. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating on architectural design projects, drafting detailed designs, and participating in project planning. You will also assist in integrating architectural elements with technology and contribute to ensuring that all designs align with regulatory and client standards. The role involves close coordination with project managers and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of conceptualization and drafting
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to complement advanced design and planning tools
- Project Management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and local regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, BIM, or similar is a plus
