Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect, based in Kochi. The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and plans, oversee project phases, and ensure that all designs meet client expectations as well as safety and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining architectural drawings, coordinating with various teams to integrate designs, and supporting project management tasks to maintain timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration within architectural workflows
- Experience with Project Management methods, especially in a design or construction context
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate conceptual ideas into technical designs
- Proficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Degree in Architecture or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and local building codes is a plus
