Role Description :
- Strong understanding of architectural design and basic execution
- Proficiency in one 2d- AutoCAD (mandatory);
- 3d -SketchUp(mandatory), rendering and post production software are mandatory
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to handle both design and site coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural planning, design development, and layout preparation
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, and project managers
- Visit project sites to understand execution, measurements, and constraints
- Translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and execution requirements
- Ensure designs align with project timelines, quality standards, and specifications
- Maintain clear documentation and updated drawing versions
