Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for interior, architectural, and planning projects under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials; coordinating design details; and supporting the integration of structural, services, and landscape inputs. The role involves collaborating with consultants, vendors, and contractors, participating in site visits, documenting progress, and helping resolve design and execution issues. The Junior Architect will also support project documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute ideas that promote sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic quality.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Familiarity with software tools relevant to architecture and basic Software Development or scripting skills for design workflows are an advantage.
- Ability to support Integration of structural, services, and interior design aspects within coordinated project deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar); presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, MS Office).
- Strong visual, technical, and spatial design skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in a team environment, and engage with clients and consultants professionally.
