Role Description The Junior Architect will support the planning and design of healthcare facilities and related projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in architectural drawings, space planning, and design documentation under the guidance of senior architects. The Junior Architect will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional, regulatory, and aesthetic standards. Daily tasks include preparing CAD drawings, updating project plans, coordinating with vendors and consultants, The role also includes participating in site visits, reviewing construction progress, and helping maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- candidate should have B.Arch degree and registration
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate functional healthcare requirements into practical design solutions.
- Exposure to Project Management practices, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, tracking milestones, and documentation.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of hospital planning standards, building codes, and healthcare facility guidelines is preferred.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare design domain.
