Role Description The Junior Architect role at Hitech Building Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Kumta. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting the production of design documentation under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include creating and revising plans, sections, and elevations; preparing 3D models and visualizations; and coordinating design details with internal teams. The role involves participating in client and consultant meetings, helping incorporate feedback, and ensuring that designs align with codes, standards, and project requirements. The Junior Architect will also support basic project coordination tasks, maintain organized project files, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Familiarity with Software
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn.
