Job Title: Junior Architect
Experience: 0–2 Years / Fresher
Location: Anna Salai, Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Assist senior architects in planning and designing projects
•Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models
•Develop concepts, presentations, and design documentation
•Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
•Support in preparing BOQs, working drawings, and material selections
•Visit project sites when required for measurements and coordination
•Ensure designs comply with building regulations and standards
•Research design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
•Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience can apply
•Basic knowledge of architectural design and construction concepts
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
•Knowledge of Photoshop/MS Office is an added advantage
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Creative thinking and willingness to learn

•Time management and multitasking ability
•Passion for innovative and modern design
