Eterno Architects & Associates is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our team. We are seeking a passionate design professional who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic architectural environment focused on premium residential and commercial projects.
At Eterno, we believe in creating timeless architecture that blends luxury, functionality, and innovation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and gain hands-on exposure across various stages of design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D models.
- Support senior architects in project planning, detailing, and documentation.
- Participate in design discussions, material research, and space planning activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams when required.
- Assist in site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are organized and updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1–2 years of experience in architecture or interior design projects.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Revit (basic knowledge preferred)
- Strong design sense and visualization skills.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
