Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting, and creating layouts for projects in alignment with client requirements. Responsibilities also include collaborating with senior architects and project managers, contributing to project planning, and ensuring that designs adhere to quality and compliance standards. You will also assist in integrating innovative solutions within projects and support project documentation throughout all phases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create detailed layouts and drawings
- Basic knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural designs
- Experience or familiarity with Project Management tasks, such as scheduling and resource allocation
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for design details
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch only)
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setting
- Relevant experience in real estate or urban development projects is a plus
