Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in the Pune Division. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting, and project planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural drawings, collaborating with the design team, preparing project proposals, and managing project timelines. The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Experience in Project Management, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with diverse teams
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as applicable to architectural projects is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices is a plus
