Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Kozhikode. The Junior Architect will assist in creating architectural designs, developing project plans, and ensuring their effective execution. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with teams to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions, assisting in project management tasks, and integrating design elements into the construction process while adhering to client requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project execution
- Proficiency in using software tools for designing and Integration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience with Kerala homes and traditional architectural styles is a plus
