l growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of projects from concept through detailed drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations. Responsibilities include assisting in architectural design studies, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves participation in site visits, documentation of design changes, and support in project planning and scheduling. The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior architects to refine design solutions that align with client requirements, project budgets, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development and preparation of design documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as working with design and visualization tools and coordinating digital project information.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic planning, coordination, and tracking of tasks to support timely project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback are essential.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary studio environment.
- Interest in innovative, experimental design and willingness to work on diverse projects, including hospitality and residential developments.
