Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in the Pune Division. The Junior Architect will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and creating detailed design documentation. Daily responsibilities include assisting with design development, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and contributing to presentations and client meetings. The role involves reviewing project requirements, conducting basic site analysis, and helping ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Junior Architect will also participate in design revisions, maintain project files, and support the smooth execution of architectural and interior design projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Integration and Software Development as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM software, design coordination platforms).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visual and technical documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, as well as strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
