Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Project Architect. Responsibilities include designing innovative architectural solutions, overseeing project workflows, managing submittals, and ensuring adherence to sustainability and environmental standards. You will lead projects from conception to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams The role also encompasses managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with handling Submittals and ensuring project documentation accuracy
- Project Management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
- Registration with a recognized architectural body or council is a plus
- Experience in residential or construction projects will be an advantage
