Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineer and Junior Architect for an on-site, full-time role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include assisting in design and planning phases, contributing to project documentation and execution, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, supporting stormwater management planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects. You will be actively involved in creating innovative solutions for urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and core DCPR principles mostly 33(10) & 33(11)
- Ability to assist in planning and execution of construction and redevelopment projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in CAD/Revit and other design-related software is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of sustainable construction practices is an advantage
- Having a knowledge of BMC Submission Drawings
