Are you passionate about creating inspiring spaces? Join our growing design team and work on premium residential, commercial, and interior projects. We are hiring Architects across multiple experience levels.
Positions
🔹 Level 1 – Junior Architect
📌 Experience: Freshers – 3 Years
🔹 Level 2 – Architect/ Sr. Architect
📌 Experience: 4 – 8 Years
🔹 Level 3 – Lead Architect
📌 Experience: 9+ Years
Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and develop innovative residential, commercial, and interior spaces.
✔ Prepare concept layouts, architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
✔ Develop detailed interior layouts, furniture plans, elevations, and material specifications.
✔ Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and client presentations.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
✔ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality is maintained.
✔ Ensure compliance with building regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
✔ Assist in material selection, space planning, and design detailing.
✔ Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining design excellence. (Applicable for Mid & Senior Level)
✔ Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance. (Applicable for Senior Level)
Desired Skills
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar architectural software.
✔ Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit-outs, and construction practices.
✔ Excellent visualization, presentation, and space-planning skills.
✔ Passion for architecture, interiors, innovation, and attention to detail.
