Position
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing team at our new office in Pantheerankavu, Calicut.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys design, visualization, and technical detailing, and is eager to work on diverse architectural projects.
Preferred Qualifications
* B.Arch graduate (preferred)
* D.Arch candidates with relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop accurate 3D models for design presentations.
* Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations.
* Assist in concept development, design detailing, and working drawings.
* Prepare presentation sheets and client presentation material.
* Coordinate with the design team during project development.
* Participate in site visits and assist with project documentation when required.
Required Skills
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp or Revit
* Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or equivalent rendering software
* Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred)
* Good understanding of architectural design and construction detailing
* Strong visualization and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
