Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Trivandrum. As a Junior Architect, your responsibilities will include assisting with architectural design projects, collaborating with team members on design development, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring project requirements are met. You will also be involved in project management tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural tools and design technologies.
- Knowledge of Project Management techniques, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with architectural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
