About Us
Astaa Architects is a design-focused architectural practice specializing in thoughtful, context-driven residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team and contribute to all stages of the design and execution process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design development and preparation of concept drawings.
- Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Prepare 3D models and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project execution and supervision.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Rhino, D5 Render, or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
