Role Description
The Junior Architect / Designer will assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of architectural and interior design projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai, involves creating design concepts, drafting drawings, developing 3D renderings, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. The Junior Architect / Designer will contribute to design presentations, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to client requirements and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools
- Knowledge of architectural drafting, technical detailing, and space planning
- Skills in project documentation, material selection, and budgeting
- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities to translate client needs into effective design concepts
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for engaging with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively under supervision
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus
